Cancellation Policy We understand that emergencies sometimes do arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a house cleaning appointment, we request that you give 24-hour notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $45 will be billed.
Vacation Policy
When you decide to take some time off, and it occurs during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know if you wish to skip a service appointment, as someone else may want your time slot. After 1 year of regular service your assigned service provider is entitled to 1 week off paid.
Snow Day Policy
As you know, our weather in Colorado can get nasty. If we decide not to venture out, you will receive a timely phone call, and we will reschedule your home as quickly as possible. We do request that you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety as well. Usually if the county has cancelled school, we will stay indoors, too.
Lock-Out Policy
The first one is on us. However, all subsequent occurrences will be billed at your normal rate if we cannot gain entrance to your home to do our work for you. After 2 non entry appointments you will be cleared from our schedule.
First time clients
We hold the estimated amount on a credit/debit. However, you may pay by cash at end of service and we will release the hold within 72 hours. No checks accepted for one time or first time clients.
Service Quality
If there is an issue with service please let your provider know on the post walk through, they will address any concerns immediately. If the client is not there for a post walk through with the provider, please submit any concerns with photo evidence within 12 hours and we will schedule a return within 72 hours or return/refund will be forfeited. The client will need to be present for a post walk through on the return service, if not rescheduling and possible refunds WILL BE FORFEITED BY THE CLIENT.
Refunds
Please see Service Quality above. We will follow the policy above before consideration of a refund. Refunds will only be granted for impeccable evidence of negligent service. If we rented any equipment to preform your work order, that amount WILL NOT be refunded.
